The breakfast at Rio Meridian Hotel was absolutely delicious. The variety of options and the live dosa counter made for a fantastic start to my day.
One drawback was that there was no elevator from the basement parking to the reception. This could be inconvenient for elderly guests.

Pleasant overall experience. Great value hotel with a magnificent location close to all important tourist places. Well-trained staff and management. Budget and reasonably large rooms with all necessary provisions. Good variety at breakfast. Rewritten review: Our stay at Rio Meridian Hotel was great overall. The hotel is really good value for its size and boasts a magnificent location close to all the important tourist places, including the famous Restaurant in Pink Saree. The staff and management are well-trained, and the rooms, despite being budget-friendly, are quite spacious and equipped with all necessary provisions. Additionally, the breakfast offered a good variety.

Some guests have mentioned that the quality of food is not worth the rates, and there were some issues with towels and room cleanliness.
